We carry very different energies and approach the practice differently.

Mollie tends to balance and build energy up.
I prefer to burn energy then relax.
Yoga is a union; body mind and spirit....

For a large part of our relationship, we practised yoga separately, to pursue our own goals and avoid disagreement.

However, after developing compassion, understanding, tolerance, ease of nature and true curiosity of each other...

We can create an open space for us to share, critique, laugh with each other and flow together.

No-one is leading this practise.
We are open.
We are teachable..
We are always students 🙏
