Terms and Conditions

• We are a health and wellness clinic and studio located at 1085-87 & 1097 Christchurch Road. BH7 6BQ
• We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website.

• All treatments, classes, and packages must be booked in advance via our booking system, phone, or in person.
• Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
• We accept cash, card and online payments.

• Individual Treatments: Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee of £20.
• Individual Treatments: No-shows and repeat late cancellations may be charged the full fee of the appointment.
• Classes: If you cancel a class within 6 hours of the scheduled start time, you will not receive a refund or class credit
• Workshops, Events & Courses: Cancellations less than 10 days before the start date are non-refundable unless we are able to re-sell your ticket.
• Care Packages: Once activated, packages are non-refundable and non-transferable. We consider extenuating circumstances on a case by case basis.
• Care Packages & Class Passes: Have to be used up within 12 months of the purchase date. We consider extenuating circumstances on a case by case basis.
• Late Arrivals for Classes: For safety and to minimise disruption, no entry will be permitted once a class has started.

• You must disclose any relevant medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or health concerns before your session.
• Some Services may not be suitable for individuals with certain health conditions; our staff may decline or modify a service for your safety.
• Please follow all instructions from our practitioners and instructors.

• We aim to create a respectful, inclusive, and relaxing environment.
• Aggressive, inappropriate, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in termination of Services without refund.
• Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session or refusal of entry.

• By participating in our Services, you acknowledge that all activities carry inherent risks.
• You agree that Natural Healing and its staff are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained as a result of your participation, except in cases of proven negligence.
• You are responsible for your own health and wellbeing before, during, and after sessions.

• We collect and store your personal data in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
• Your information will only be used for booking, communication, and service delivery purposes, unless you opt in to marketing communications.

• Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the purchase date.
• They are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Our Loyalty Scheme is offered as a gesture of appreciation for our valued clients. Points, rewards, or discounts earned through this program are granted at our discretion and have no monetary value outside of the scheme. We reserve the right, at any time and without prior notice, to:

• Modify the structure, benefits, or terms of the loyalty scheme;
• Suspend or discontinue the scheme entirely; or
• Adjust or cancel any unredeemed points, rewards, or benefits.

Participation in the loyalty scheme does not create any legal entitlement, and all benefits are subject to availability and continued operation of the program.

• Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England & Wales
