Meditation can be difficult but with the right teacher anyone can tame a busy mind. We offer meditation in conjuction with our treatments, guided 1to1’s or group classes.
We value breathwork as a stepping stone to meditation. An ancient powerful tool to access a calmer state of mind. We utilise the many breathing techniques to bring our patients back to themselves. Whether you are stressed out with work, have high blood pressure or wanting to develop your higher self – now is the time to begin your healing.
