Drum. Move. Connect. Feel the power of rhythm in this nourishing, heart opening drumming circle guided by the soulful beats of Jake Stansbury and Russell Starmore. We’ll begin by gently waking the body with mindful movement, then journey into a shared rhythmic flow - where spontaneous dance and vocal play are warmly welcomed. The circle closes with a short and uplifting performance from Jake and Russell, before we soften into stillness with tea and nourishing nibbles. Open to all ages and experience levels - no drumming skills needed, just your presence.

    I've had pain around my shoulder blades and neck for a while and tried several chiropractors without much success. Then my sister came across Natural healing and she suggested i should try them,I have never felt such a relief on a first session.     If there’s one teacher I could recommend to anyone in the world it would be Meri. She’s helped me progress in countless ways. The studio is the cleanest I’ve seen and such a beautiful space to practice. The second you enter her class you will automatically feel calmness just by sitting in the same room as her. She is attentive to everyone and modifies her classes for all levels. Her classes are always so fun and original. Meri goes beyond the physical aspect and incorporates pranayama and yogic philosophy (without you even realizing it!). No matter what mood or state you show up in, I promise you’ll always leave her class with a smile on your face! :)

    I have been having hip pain for several years and decided to give acupuncture a try. I have seen Daisy for 5 sessions and she has been amazing. At my last session she recognised that I had low energy from my pulses and chose some points for the needles to help with this, the whole session was very relaxing and I left with new energy and felt so much better. Daisy has also referred me to Josh for chiropractic treatment and after 2 sessions my hip is feeling so much better. I highly recommend Natural Healing.

    I’ve been coming to Natural Healing for months now and love the results. I’ve had chiro treatments, massage and lessons. Everyone is super professional and knowledgeable and both locations have a lovely calming atmosphere. I would like to especially mention Will, the massage therapist (who also does personal training and classes). He listens carefully to the complaints, expertly diagnoses the issues, and targets the problem areas all in one session. I always feel lighter and more relaxed after his massage. Highly recommend!

    Having been to a few physiotherapists unsuccessfully before seeing Josh, I was starting to feel professional therapy was a waste of time and money. Well..... Not at Natural Healing. They are incredible clinicians, all of them. So knowledgeable, friendly and deliver the goods. Best of all, and different to others, is the holistic approach. They want you better for life and to better your life. Just go there, they are the best.

    Was highly recommended natural healing by a friend after having a painful shoulder for months that was just getting worse over time. Britt has been truly exceptional with her caring holistic approach and after several sessions my pain is all but gone! so happy! would definitely recommend
