Meri Baylis.
Experienced yoga instructor, Meri first turned to yoga after her promising gymnastics career ended due to injury. Meri hopes to share the huge physical and mental benefits of yoga practice with others.

Included Excursions.
During this retreat, you’ll have the opportunity to take part in a variety of daily excursions to fully enjoy and experience the best that Sri Lanka has to offer.
One of the most valuable historical monuments in Sri Lanka, referred to by locals as the Eighth Wonder of the World. Its views astonishes visitors with the unique harmony between the nature and human imagination. Entrance fee: US$30 per person.
Explore the ruined city of Polonnaruwa and see the famous Polonnaruwa Gai Viharaya, consisting of there huge stone monoliths of Buddha in sitting, standing and reclining position. US$ 25 per person.
Learn all about tea picking and tea processing whilst enjoying some fine Sri Lankan tea tasting. Arguably the most scenic part of the island and well worth a visit.
Enjoy breathtaking scenery as you drive on mountainous roads amidst tea gardens and cascading waterfalls as you make your way to ‘Little England’. Situated in the heat of the tea growing region of Sri Lanka, this beautiful little town as a very strong British influence, complete with cottage type houses with neat rose gardens.
Both an evening and morning tour through the National Park is on offer, where you can see Sri Lankan wild animals in their natural state, including wild boar, deer, leopards, elephants, bears and peacocks. US$55 per person.
Listen to a short pirith chanting session session with pirith strings tied to your hands at this 95 feet high stupa.
A major city in Sri Lanka and the best example of a fortified city built by the Portuguese in South and Southeast Asia. The Galle Fort is a World Heritage Site and the largest remaining fortress in Asia. Visit the famous Dutch ramparts with a view of the harbour and the famous old lighthouse. Visit traditional lacemaking and mask making centre.
