This is an all day retreat from 9am – 5pm run by Dr. Josh Sparks DC and Dr. Mollie Tolino DC who are experts in spinal health and yogis.
This day event is designed to free the body and mind from the tensions placed on it by our daily living.
We will start the day with an educational chat about the importance of spinal health and a spinal anatomy lesson.
We will then work through an extensive spinal based flow to gain more fluid and controlled movement of our body and spine.
Every attendee will receive a chiropractic assessment and treatment by one of our chiropractors.
A delicious lunch will be provided by the Crow-Spotter Cafe.
We will then have a discussion about the biomechanics of breath and the role in our vitality.
Followed by a breath work session and guided meditation.
