This afternoon workshop is from 1pm – 6pm, run by Dr. Josh Sparks DC and Dr. Mollie Tolino DC who are experts in spinal health and yogis.
We aim to take you through an asana flow which will unlock the spine and create fluid movement throughout the body.
There will be an educational discussion related to your spinal health and every attendee will receive a chiropractic assessment and 20 minute treatment by one of our Chiropractors.
We will finish this afternoon workshop with a breath work session and guided meditation.
